My Wishlist
Welcoming a new year won’t be complete without narrowing down your new year’s resolution list and goals you want to achieve. I remembered in my past years that I used to write a lot of things for my wishlist that I want to happen but only to be disappointed co’z only one thing was granted…that’s it, I was able to buy my own PC…hehehe. I know you people do this too. hehehehe..
Anyway, I’ll be a good girl, I promise.. but please grant all my wish this time…
Here are some of the things I want to achieve this coming year.
1. Hearing Aid - first and foremost, I always dreamed to have this since the day I lost my hearing in my right ear… it is not easy being nearly deaf, and I wish I could hear like normal people do. For many years I struggled on avoiding people so as I did not have to interact with anybody to hide the shame of being half deaf. I became a recluse, shying away from everyone. When I start to feel blue because of my hearing loss I just remind myself of one thing - the sun is still in the sky, there is still air in my lungs, and there are people around me that care very much for me…and that is all that I need to know to keep putting one foot in front of the other. =)
2. Canon IXUS 870 or 90 IS - I love taking pictures of scenery in general, but there is also something so beautiful about a sunset and beaches that I like too. One of the things I love to do with my spare time when I got this camera is photography. hehehe…Hopefully, I’ll work hard.. =)
3. Rewarding Career - I want desperately to change my job or rather to follow my heart in the direction I had always desired to follow. I have always wanted to be a Web Developer or anything that related in the web support and marketing. I have never made an attempts to pursue in my past years co’z I always discouraged due to my hearing difficulties but now, I really want this to happen. I prefer to control my fate and work hard to be successful. They say, what we perceive to be our biggest weakness is actually our best strength. I guess they we’re right.. =)
4. TOR - it’s my transcript of record at the school, well, it’s been 5 years from now since I graduated, but I didn’t have a chance to get it due to financial matters I encountered. I don’t even know what was my last grade….=(.. well, hopefully, this time..I’ll save more to get it…
5. More Project - this is about my freelance job.. I really hope that there’s more project coming, so I can achieve all my wishlist….it’s really a great help indeed to have a second job like this…. Thank you, Lord, despite all the things what happened in my life… I’m still blessed.
I better stop now, I don’t wanna make the long list..hehe.. I really wish and pray too hard… to make it happens… =) no matter what happened and no matter how hard the battle, I would never give up, this is me.. char..hehe.
